So what makes this Lake George mountain property special?
Coolidge Hill is one of the last and largest pieces of undeveloped land around Lake George.The owner who acquired the property roughly 3 years ago has a history of finding unique, untouched properties and developing them. This property was a challenge to get to where it is today. Many of the beautiful views you’ll find were not available before forestry work thinned out some of the property. Now complete, we took a trip up the trails to the top of Coolidge Hill to see what all the buzz was about. Upon arriving we suddenly realized this Lake George mountain property is nothing quite like any other properties on the lake. Sitting atop Coolidge Hill was as relaxing as it gets.

One of the biggest perks to this property is it’s proximity to the villages of Bolton Landing, Lake George as well as access to Glens and Saratoga Springs to the south.
